rangevale-Fair Oaks and those involved in scheduling services or producing an event are not responsible for the health and safety of those participating. We encourage you to follow the organizer’s safety policies, as well as local laws and restrictions. Those agreeing to volunteer, receive services or attend shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Helping Hands OV-Orangevale – Fair Oaks, its directors, trustees, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, liability, damage, loss or obligations, including all costs, demands, expenses, expert fees, and costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of volunteers, recipients or attendees (and guests) activities pursuant to this agreeance, including by way of illustration and not limitation, the following: (a) any illness, injury to or death of any person or damage to or destruction of any property caused by the volunteer, recipient or attendee; (b) any default by volunteer, recipient or attendee and guests in the observance or performance of any of the terms, covenants, or conditions of this agreeance; or (c) the use, occupancy, or condition of equipment or activities.
