Stephon Clark's family and community are asking Sacramento to create a permanent reminder of his life and legacy. Almost 9 years after his death, they're requesting a commemorative street sign at Meadowview Road and 29th Street—the heart of the community that knew him.
Stephon was a son, a father, a brother, a friend. He was more than headlines. Through the Stephon Clark Legacy and I AM S.A.C. Foundation, his family continues turning grief into action with healing programs, community support, and education. A street sign would say what matters: we remember him, we remember his life, we remember his family, and we will not allow his legacy to be forgotten.
