As someone who grew up in South Sac, I know the excitement (and nerves!) that come with a new school year. Wishing every student a year filled with growth, curiosity, and unforgettable memories.
 
Don’t forget to check out our libraries Sacramento Public Library! The newly reopened Martin Luther King Jr. Library is ready to welcome young readers, and the Valley Hi–North Laguna Library will soon feature a beautiful mural creaed by Culture through Cloth celebrating the cultures that make our community so special.

A day I’ll never forget.

Thank you to the Women’s Auxiliary, sacsawa, along with CAMP DEL ORO and Salvation Army Del Oro, for such a meaningful day. It was an honor to tour the camp, meet the incredible staff, and welcome the children as they arrived for an unforgettable week of summer camp.

Seeing their smiles and excitement truly filled my heart. Thank you to everyone who makes Camp Del Oro such a special place. Your love, compassion, and dedication help create a place where children can simply be kids.

The Women’s Auxiliary, sacsawa, is always welcoming new members. Come join us and help make a difference in our community ❤️
