The mission behind IH2H Drexx lives Foundation was born out of the love we have for DRexx and the pain of his loss. This June, we’re turning that pain into power. We invite everyone from all walks of life to join us on Saturday, June 27th.
If you’ve lost a loved one, we see you. We hear you. Let’s build a safer tomorrow so our next generation doesn't have to live in fear. 🕊️

While the void he left behind can never be filled, we find comfort in the beautiful memories we all share. To honor his life and legacy, we invite family, friends, and the community to join us for a balloon release this weekend. Let’s fill the sky with love for him.

🌟 THANK YOU! 🌟 The IH2H – DREXX LIVES Foundation would like to sincerely thank everyone who had a hand in making the Stop the Violence Walk a success. Whether you donated, prayed, cooked, passed out shirts and water, helped with set up, spread the word, or simply showed up to walk please know that your love and efforts did not go unnoticed.It was truly a blessed and powerful time. Together, we walked in unity with one voice, one purpose, and one mission: to honor lives lost too soon and to stand boldly for peace and change.Because of you, this vision became a reality. From the bottom of our hearts thank you. 💙We look forward to continuing this work and, if it’s the Lord’s will, seeing you again next year.

We Carry the Weight, But We Walk in Purpose

We’re six days in, and our steps are getting stronger. Every day closer to August 23 is a reminder of why we walk—because no parent should bury a child due to violence, and no community should grow numb to the pain.

This walk is for DREXX.
This walk is for every life lost too soon.
This walk is for healing, unity, and change. 💙

Everyone in the community is invited to participate in a weekend of remembrance, faith, and unity.

Saturday, August 23rd: Stop the Violence Walk

On Saturday, August 23rd, at 11:00 AM, we're hosting a Stop the Violence Walk. We'll begin at Mayfield Park in Ruston, LA, where Pastor Wise will lead us in prayer. Following the walk, everyone is welcome to enjoy complimentary hot dogs as we gather in solidarity.

Sunday, August 24th: A Day of Remembrance & Celebration

On Sunday, August 24th, at 10:30 AM, we invite you to join us for Sunday service at St. Peter Baptist Church. Following the service, we'll visit Rexx's gravesite and then head back to Mayfield Park in Ruston, LA, to celebrate his birthday!

Come share a delicious fish fry with us and stay for a special balloon release later in the day. We kindly ask that you bring your own blue balloons to participate.
