Recently as I was praying for the Body of Christ I asked the Lord what He wanted me to pray, I asked Him what He wanted for His body and this is what I heard…
I want my church full! I heard this strong! I want my church full!
I want my people to know the truth in the Word, I want them well, I want them successful, I want them to have whatever they need to accomplish what I have called them to do.
I want them to enjoy a spirit of faith, with no doubting, no fear of any kind and no mental or physical attacks from the enemy ever. I want them to walk in freedom, without religious mindsets. I want them to have an open mind and heart toward me, toward the trinity.
I want them to see in my word, not from a preacher or a teacher, but in my word what I have said in my word, I want them to see for themselves the messages I have sent to my people see it through their own eyes and their spirits for themselves. They have my book, I want them to dig, to study and to find out for themselves that I am a good God. It’s not just a song or some words we’ve heard people say but it’s who I am.
I want them to enjoy the fruit of my labor, so they can enjoy the fruit of their labor… I just want them to be happy.
I want them to see themselves as equals in the body no matter what their calling is, no matter if they are part of the five-fold ministry or one of my special workers in the body. Many who work behind the scenes are of much greater importance than they see themselves.
I want the leaders in the churches to be obedient to their callings. I want them to walk the walk, not just talk the talk and to just be open and real with their congregations. I especially want them to be free to be themselves…. Not under the weight of what someone else expects.
Oh, and I most of all want the body, the whole body to know how much I love them and how very important every one of them is to me.
Thanks for asking! God
