We were grateful to celebrate our Pastors on staff and amazing leaders this Thursday @ TGA.

Thanks to Pastors Rodger & Monica Anderson for being the visionaries they are. We wouldn't be where we are without Christ & them.

S/O to Pastors Sharon and Liz for there dedication in the day to day operations at our Round Rock campus. The culture of the Kingdom is being developed daily.

We also honored some staff members for their service to Christ and TGA.

We thanked Brenda for 8 years of service to TGA. The love of God is seen in the consistency of showing up. She received the Behind the Scenes Award.

Athena received the Culture Award.
With service to the students and staff, she exemplifies our values and the culture of ATCOT.

Lexy received our Exceed Expectations Reward. Her persistence for seeking the Lord and a heart to serve Christ and staff has been seen since day 1.

We are grateful to celebrate and honor everyone who comes into the vision of Christ.

Whom the Son sets free, is free indeed!

As I reflect on our TGA Montgomery Gala, I marvel on what Jesus is doing in Adult & Teen Challenge Of Texas as a whole. It's easy to be consumed with the day to day activities of being in ministry.

Jesus speaks to the crowds in Matthew 11:6 saying,

"And blessed is the one who is not offended by me".

Blessed here is makarios. Makarios (μακάριος) is an ancient Greek word meaning blessed, happy, fortunate, or privileging/enviable.

Makarios is a lifestyle through the blood of Jesus, not according to circumstances of this world.

Jesus says this after John the Baptist was locked up for preaching the gospel. He was in a hard circumstance. This was unforeseen.

Yet, Jesus says to John the gospel is being preached (Matthew 11:4-6).

Our current situation should never determine our posture in Christ.

Jesus is revealing the Kingdom daily through each of us. Pursue the high calling of Christ at all cost.

We had phase-ups last Tuesday. God was glorified. Seeing the growth and progress with every student is encouraging.
