Kyle's Challenge 2026 will be the 14th annual Kyle’s Challenge. In 2019, one of our beloved volunteers passed away at the age of 20 from an epileptic seizure.

The Greater Round Rock area has provided robust and passionate support for this event each year resulting in donations of 175ish turkeys, 200 pies and other side dishes to Annie’s Way for Thanksgiving. The effort has expanded over the past 9 years to include collecting donations for pies, green bean casserole and mashed potatoes. The effort was renamed in his honor to Kyle's Challenge. Each year, funds that are collected over and above what is needed for the Thanksgiving meal, are donated to the Kyle David Stoetzel Memorial Scholarship which is administrated through the RRISD PIE Foundation. We are 45 days out from our annual Kyle’s Challenge Turkey smoke. That means it’s time to trim and marinate the pastrami for our signature sandwiches. Stop by on November 25th beginning at 8am 27 Meandering Way Round Rock to see how we smoke 125 🦃🦃🦃 for Annie’s Way. Stay awhile and grab a delicious pastrami sandwich. Kyle's Challenge is supporting the Chasco YMCA Blews, Brews and BBQ this evening in Georgetown TX. Pitmasters Jamie Courville, Chuck Tully and Bill Stoetzel will be offering samples of authentic Cajun gumbo and award winning cheese cake. Ya'll stop on by and say "howdy"
