This week, I had the privilege of visiting and encouraging the faithful pastors of Jerusalem Baptist Church, a mother church to 26 congregations within the JBM ministry network in Haiti.
Just 22 miles from Mirebalais, an area now overshadowed by gang activity, these leaders continue to serve courageously, grounded in unwavering faith.
Their commitment inspires me daily.
1. I’m here to walk alongside them
2. To listen
3. To uplift
4. And to equip them with the support they need as they shepherd their communities in such uncertain times.
Through JBM, we provide not only encouragement, but vital resources through our network of churches, schools, a clinic, orphanages, a university and all of our other ministries.
To our supporters: thank you. Your prayers, generosity, and belief in this mission make this work possible.
You are a vital part of what strengthens and sustains us.
In moments when fear could take over, I remember the peace Jesus offers, a peace that goes beyond understanding.
It's that divine peace that allows us to keep going, trusting that God is still in control.
Please continue to pray for Haiti, for our pastors, and for all those faithfully serving despite the danger around them.
Your support and prayers helps bring peace where it’s needed most.
In Him,
Dr. Jephthe Lucien
