The wait is over! We’re excited to officially reveal this year’s Wag & Walk event shirt and doggy bandana! 🎉

Every registered walker will receive an official Wag & Walk shirt, and pups registered with the Pup Pack will get their very own doggy bandana and custom dog-bone bib. 🐶

We’re so grateful to our friends at South Placer Fire District for teaming up with Placer SPCA this August to collect much-needed pet supplies for animals in our care! 💙

Every donation helps provide the food, comfort, and daily care our shelter pets need while they wait for their forever homes.

Hit the road with Polo! 🚗🐾

Polo, an adorable 1-year-old Australian Shepherd mix, had a fantastic morning adventure exploring Downtown Roseville and Royer Park with our volunteers!

This sweet girl is deaf and has some vision challenges, but that didn't stop her from soaking up every second of her outing! Polo proved to be a wonderful car companion, loved checking out her reflection in store windows, and was always ready to give and receive affection (which she'd happily do 24/7!). Shortly after her big adventure, Polo was happily adopted! 🎉

We are back with another heartwarming update featuring a very special pup, Roxie (formerly Sam)! 🐶❤️

“Roxie was one of three German Shepherd puppies found on the streets last September, and she stole our hearts the moment we met her. She is such a sweet, goofy, smart, stubborn part of our family and I can’t imagine not having adopted her. I lost my 10-year-old German Shepherd mix, Joy, very suddenly in September and we went to the shelter in October just ‘to look’ because I was missing her so much. Roxie wrapped us right around her paw and there was really no question of us not adopting her,” shares Roxie’s new family. 🐾✨
