Символично, что именно в этот день WEIRA официально стала некоммерческой организацией в Калифорнии.

Всего за четыре года благодаря смелости Ирины, ее искреннему желанию помогать людям и ежедневному труду WEIRA смогла поддержать почти 500 женщин. Для многих из них это стало началом новой, безопасной жизни.

Ирина, спасибо вам за то, что однажды поверили в эту идею и нашли в себе силы воплотить ее в жизнь. Спасибо за огромное сердце, веру в людей и вдохновение, которое вы дарите нашей команде каждый день.

Дорогие друзья! 29 июля для меня всегда особенный день. Это не только мой день рождения, но и день, когда WEIRA официально стала некоммерческой организацией в Калифорнии.

Именно поэтому сегодня я хочу обратиться ко всем своим друзьям, партнерам, а также к тем, кто давно поддерживает WEIRA, и тем, кто только начинает знакомиться с нашей организацией.

19 сентября мы проведем наш первый благотворительный вечер Finding Her Wings в Сан-Матео. Вас ждет теплая атмосфера, живая музыка, изысканный фуршет, тихий аукцион и, самое главное, истории мужества и смелости, которыми поделятся женщины, сумевшие выйти из домашнего насилия.

После выхода из абьюзивных отношений многие женщины сталкиваются с противоречивыми чувствами, их может тянуть обратно к человеку, который причинял им боль. Это пугает, но такая реакция — нормальное последствие пережитой травмы, а не признак того, что вы совершили ошибку.
