Putting on an event of this size takes a tremendous amount of planning, resources, and support. From permits, insurance, equipment purchases and rentals, venue fees, safety crews and security, to t-shirts, banners, signage, and advertising materials — the costs add up quickly.

Rat Rod Round-Up is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all donations are tax deductible. Proceeds from our event directly support the Rat Rod Round-Up Trade Career Scholarship Program, helping students pursue careers in the trades.
