Year #2 in the books!

What a wild couple of days.

The night before setup, Mother Nature had other plans—bringing the wind and making it tough to get everything done. But early Saturday morning, here we came.

Our team showed up ready to work. Quentin Hoopes and Jay R Gates
were all over the course getting title sponsor signs, tables, and awnings set.
Sally Williams Roth,Ashley Sheldon Gates, and Kari Roth had raffle and check-in dialed, along with organizing all the hole sponsors, prize sponsors, and food & drink setups around the practice green.

Once players started rolling in, things got a little hectic—maybe a hiccup or two—but thank you to everyone for your patience as we worked through it and got things running smooth.

A few thank you’s we need to make…

Mike and the entire grounds crew—thank you for being there early, moving tee boxes and pins, mowing, rolling greens, and getting the course in incredible shape.

Matt, Kyle, and the clubhouse—always willing to help and support us as we continue to learn and grow. We appreciate you.

Charly Davis and the crew at Fuel Field Wash Experts —you guys showed up BIG again. From breakfast to helping all day on the course, we couldn’t do this without you.

The entire Hoopes family—thank you for showing up early, staying late, and being such a huge help throughout the entire event. We truly appreciate everything you did.

To everyone who came out to play, support, or even just stop by—you are what makes this event what it is. Thank you.

The Tap In for keeping everyone fueled with lunch—always a hit.

Young-Fire-Farm for the incredible brats out on Hole 5.

RBS for serving up some amazing mac and cheese on Hole 13.

And Hannah for coming out and making the day even more fun with her game—such a great addition to the event.

John and Stana—thank you for allowing us, as a community, to rally around you. We hope you felt the love and support this event represents. We’re all behind you.

We’re already looking forward to next year and the chance to come together again to support another family in our amazing community.

It’s officially tournament eve.

Seeing this banner go up and people starting to gather… it makes everything real. A year ago this was just an idea — now it’s something our whole community is part of.

This event doesn’t happen without the people behind it. The sponsors on this banner, the teams showing up, and everyone who has supported us along the way — you’ve built this with us.

We’re proud of what this has become, but even more proud of what it stands for — helping families right here in our community when they need it most.

Tomorrow we tee it up. Let’s make it count. ⛳

⛳️ VOLUNTEERS - IT’S GO TIME!

We seriously can't believe the Uintah Basin Benefit Charity Golf Tournament is almost here… and it’s all coming together beautifully! 🙌🏼

We'll be having a quick volunteer meet-up this Friday, April 24th at 6:00pm at the Roosevelt Golf Course Pavilion to go over Saturday’s schedule and hole placements. This will be short and simple, just making sure everyone knows where to go and ready for the big day!

👉🏻 If you're able to stick around for a bit after the meeting to help with setup, it would be so appreciated as we get everything prepped and ready.

🌅 Morning Flight
• Check-In: 7:00 AM
• Tee Time: 8:00 AM
• Breakfast: Served prior to tee-off
• Lunch: Served after the round
• Raffle Drawings: Immediately following the afternoon flight
(You do not need to be present to win)

🌤️ Afternoon Flight
• Check-In: 1:00 PM
• Tee Time: 2:00 PM
• Lunch: Begins at 12:30 PM
• Raffle Drawings: Immediately following the round
