Victory in Action is a community movement in Rome, Georgia focused on bringing people together, uplifting neighborhoods, mentoring youth, and showing the love of Christ through action.

We've been a little quiet lately, but make no mistake, the mission hasn't stopped.

Every day there are people in our community carrying burdens nobody sees. Families trying to make ends meet. Kids looking for guidance. People fighting battles behind closed doors.

That's why Victory in Action exists.

Not for attention. Not for recognition. But to be a reminder that nobody has to walk through life alone.

The truth is, real change doesn't happen overnight. It happens when people consistently choose to care. When neighbors help neighbors. When communities come together. When ordinary people decide to make a difference right where they are.

We're still here. We're still serving. And we're still believing that hope is stronger than hopelessness.🔥

Victory in Action wanted to help spread the word on this one for our Rome families. ❤️

The YMCA will be out at Banty Park Monday through Friday ALL summer long from 1 PM to 2 PM with food, games, crafts, and activities for the kids.

They’ll also have Grab & Go boxes available with fresh produce and milk included.

We love seeing organizations pour back into the community and create positive spaces for our youth. Opportunities like this matter and can make a real difference for families throughout the summer.

Please help spread the word because somebody may need this resource and not even know it’s available.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mothers out there. We just want to take a moment to say thank you for the love, strength, patience, and sacrifice you pour into your families every single day.

Mothers carry so much behind the scenes and still find a way to keep showing up with love. The encouragement you give, the prayers you pray, the long days, the sleepless nights, the support, the guidance… it all matters more than words can explain.

Today we celebrate you and everything you do for your children, your families, and our community.

We pray today is filled with love, peace, laughter, and appreciation because you deserve it. ❤️

Today is the National Day of Prayer, and if there’s ever been a time our communities, families, and cities needed prayer, it’s now.

Prayer isn’t weakness. Prayer is where strength is found. It’s where burdens get lifted, hearts get softened, minds get renewed, and hopeless situations begin to turn around.

We’ve seen too much hurt, too much violence, too much division, and too many people silently fighting battles they don’t know how to talk about. We don’t believe the answer is found in arguing louder, we believe real change starts when people humble themselves, come together, and seek God.

Today we’re praying for our city.
For peace in our neighborhoods.
For protection over our children.
For healing in homes and restoration in hearts.
For wisdom, unity, and people willing to stand up and make a difference.

Some of the strongest people in our community are carrying things nobody knows about.

Still showing up.
Still working.
Still trying to hold everything together.

That’s why what we do matters.

Not just events. Not just food. Not just showing face.

But creating moments where people feel seen, where they can breathe for a second, where they know somebody actually cares.

You never really know what someone is walking through, but you can always choose to be someone who makes it a little lighter.

That’s the kind of impact we’re chasing.
