I really think one of our biggest challenges is gonna be actually getting these 100 turkeys on 100 tables.

We’ve got some things in the works to make the turkeys happen, but now we need to make sure the families who could use one actually hear about it.

So share this post, share the flyer, share the event page, send it to somebody you know. We probably all have a neighbor, friend, coworker, or family member who could use the help, but a lot of people feel like they have to struggle alone or stay quiet about it.

Let’s get the word out and make sure these turkeys get where they’re supposed to go. Help us be a blessing to somebody this Thanksgiving.🦃🔥

Another piece just got added to Community Day.🔥

We just had a hairdresser register as a vendor, which means FREE HAIRCUTS will be available at the event.💈

That’s the kind of stuff we love to see. Something simple that can really bless somebody, help a kid feel good, help somebody get cleaned up, and just add even more value to the day.

This whole event is being built around giving back to the community and making sure people can come out, enjoy themselves, and leave with something more than they came with.

Free food. Turkey handouts. Kids activities. Vendors. Live music. And now free haircuts too.

November 21st is shaping up more and more every day. We’re excited about this one.💪

We’re officially pushing for 100 turkeys for 100 families this Thanksgiving.🔥

And the best part is, it really doesn’t take much to help. $12 puts one turkey on one family’s table. That’s it.

If 100 people step up with $12, the goal is met. If you want to cover 5, 10, or more, even better. Every single donation gets us closer to making sure families in our community have something on the table this Thanksgiving.

South Rome, this is bigger than just another event. Victory in Action is partnering with Ishmael and the South Rome Boys & Girls Club on November 21st with one goal: put a turkey in the hands of 100 local families this Thanksgiving.

Community Day #2 is completely free. You can stay for the food, fun and fellowship, or simply pull up, grab a turkey and head home. No pressure and no strings attached.

If you’d like to donate toward the turkeys, sponsor a family or get involved, reach out. If you can’t give, share this video and help us spread the word. This is what it looks like when a community comes together and puts love into action.🔥

Victory in Action Community Day #2 will be completely FREE to the community, with free food, turkey handouts for 100 families, basketball, inflatables, live music, guest speakers, family activities and more.

We’re looking for local businesses, food vendors, creators, organizations, churches, ministries and community groups that want to be part of it and it is completely FREE to set up.

No vendor fee. No setup fee. No catch.

If you’ve got a business, service, product, ministry or something positive you want to put in front of people, come set up with us. Bring your table, bring your setup and bring your people.

Message the Victory in Action page if you’re interested, and we’ll get the information over to you.

Whether you’re coming to set up or just bringing your family, everybody is welcome. Help us fill this thing up and make Community Day something special for South Rome.💪🔥

Community Day is coming up and we’re still looking to get more local businesses, creators, food vendors, organizations, and community groups involved.

If you’ve got something you want to put in front of the community, this is a great chance to come out, set up, meet people, and be part of a day built around bringing Rome together.

We’re looking for all kinds of vendors, so if you’ve been thinking about it, now’s the time.

Somebody went to work today worried about how they’re going to buy groceries when they get off.

Somebody dropped their kids off at school and sat in the car a little longer because life is heavy right now.

You won’t always know what people are carrying. You’ll just meet them in the checkout line, at work, or across the street.

Give people a little grace today. If you can help, offer something specific, “I’m cooking extra. Can I bring you a plate?”

Loving your neighbor starts with noticing them.

We had to put on for Rome with these!🔥 Victory in Action shirts are officially open for preorder, with two designs to choose from and our logo on the front of both.

Proceeds go toward Victory in Action outreach, helping us continue serving families, reaching our neighborhoods, and putting the love of Jesus into action right here at home. Every shirt purchased helps us keep showing up for our community.

This year we’re trying to bless 100 families with a turkey for Thanksgiving.🦃

And one thing we wanted to make clear is you do NOT have to stay for the whole event to get one.

If you just need a turkey, pull up, grab one, and keep it moving. No pressure, no weird requirements, no making anybody feel uncomfortable. We just want to help make sure some families have one less thing to worry about this Thanksgiving.

Now if you want to stay and hang out with us, we’d love that too. We’re gonna have a lot going on and we’re really looking forward to bringing everybody together.

But at the end of the day, the goal is simple.

100 turkeys. 100 families blessed.
