We haven’t posted in a while BUT we’re back with excitement!
Join us in celebrating one of our clients, Haven Support Services, who trusted C.S. Consulting & Company with our grant writing services!

We are excited to share that Haven Support Services was awarded $5,000 in local funding to support students and families experiencing homelessness and housing instability within our community.

One thing we value deeply about our grant writing services is our ability to stay connected to the real needs of the community, identifying gaps, building relationships, and developing strategic proposals that lead to meaningful impact.

This funding will help support families in immediate need, and we are looking forward to seeing how many lives are impacted through this initiative over the next year.

Today is a very special day, it’s the Grand Opening of an organization that has been an ongoing client of ours since we opened last year.

So today’s March Made Her Women’s History Month Recognition goes to Gayla Edmondson

Gayla is the visionary and founder of A Blister For My Sister Inc., a local nonprofit whose mission is to bring awareness to breast cancer and advocate for the health and well-being of women in Northwest Georgia.

Through her work, she is creating space for education, support, and action, especially in communities where cancer has a disproportionate impact on women, and more specifically, minority women. Her efforts are not only needed, but deeply meaningful.

Her annual breast cancer walk continues to grow year after year, and it is powerful to see our community consistently show up and support the vision she carries.

This Thursday’s March Made Her Women’s History Month Recognition goes to the phenomenal women of L’Amour DeSoeur Social Club 💐

For over 30 years, these incredible women have shown our community what true sisterhood looks like. Their commitment to service, unity, and uplifting others continues to leave a lasting impact across Rome and beyond.

Last year marked their 2nd Annual Thanksgiving Meal Drive, where they provided countless turkeys and meals to families in need, demonstrating not just generosity, but intentional community care.

They consistently show up, support meaningful causes, and stand in the gap for others.
