Ridgeview will host Appalachian Miles for Smiles for a FREE dental and health clinic on October 22nd and 23rd.

Thursday, 10/22: Services include dental care, dental hygiene, vision and audiology screenings, and support from Ballad Health Coach (pap smears, blood work, and general medical services)

Friday, 10/23: Services include dental care, dental hygiene, vision and pulmonary screenings, and Ballad Health mammograms. (open to everyone)

Need help with your home energy costs? The new LIHEAP program year opens October 1, 2026. Eligible households may receive $300 to $800 in assistance, paid directly to their utility provider and credited to their account.

To help process applications, our LIHEAP outreach staff will be assisting with application processing. In 2027, we’ll be back on the road helping individuals complete their online applications in communities across the region.

LIHEAP Update - The last day we will be accepting 2025-2026 LIHEAP applications will be 9/22/2026. All documentation must be provided and accurate.

The 2026-2027 LIHEAP program year will begin October 1.

The Greater Kingsport Family YMCA is helping fight childhood hunger with our Food for All Non-Congregate Feeding Program. Families can pick up FREE weekly meal boxes containing 7 breakfasts and 7 lunches for children ages 18 and under.

With convenient pickup locations in Kingsport, Rogersville, and Church Hill, we're making it easier than ever for families to access nutritious meals throughout the summer.
