The Wave of Kindness event was a GREAT success this evening. We were glad to be there to support our kids while providing tasty snacks for all of our guests. A shout out to Bedrock Church Franklin Co. for continuing our partnership and providing lemonade for visitors as well.

Fundraiser pick up will be TOMORROW, Thursday after school in the gym from 3:30 - 6:30. Please come and pick up your items to deliver to your customers. Remember some items are frozen so pick-up & delivery is pertinent. Thank you again for your support on another successful fundraiser!

If you would like to purchase a shirt, please put your cash inside a sealed envelope. On the OUTSIDE of the envelope, please write how many and what size t-shirts you wish to purchase. Then label your envelope ... TO - Mrs. Riddle FROM - child and child's teacher's name You will receive your shirts in your child's bookbag within the week of your order. In accordance with our PTO bylaws we are inviting those interested in becoming a PTO board member to submit their names for one of the PTO board member positions. We would love for you to join us.

🗳️In order to vote in the May election, you must be a PTO member. If you have not yet joined the PTO this year, please complete the identified form to stay informed and get a vote.

🎉This year board members worked in collaboration with our staff board members, Mrs. Tina Woodford and Mrs. Tara Riddle, to enhance the student and staff experience at Rocky Mount Elementary. As an organization they successfully operated multiple events that might go down in your students mind as a core memory!

💵Our PTO would like to thank you all and our community sponsors for supporting our successful fundraising efforts through our annual golf tournament, cookie dough sales, and spring multi-item fundraiser. We have one final fundraiser for the year, which is also a family event that will take place at the Skate Center of Roanoke. Keep an eye out for more information soon.

We collected a total of 879 items (counting even the small items individually) for those in need. This is amazing! ❤️ Ms. Whitlow received a total of 527 tickets/votes and was pied in the face for all to see. 🤣What a great sport! 🥰

📣 ATTENTION, ATTENTION 📣

Our Spring Fundraiser officially starts today (check student backpacks’ for catalogs & order forms)!!

Make sure you go online and register and get those sales started! 🎉

Two important incentives to note;
1st Incentive: The LEAP homeroom and the PreK-5th grade homeroom with the highest percentage of registered students will receive Krispy Kreme donuts courtesy of the RMES PTO THIS Friday, March 13th.

2nd Incentive: The first 5 students to sell 10 items will get to Silly String Mr. Dunbar this week!!! If your orders are placed using the paper order form simply take a picture and send it to your homeroom teacher on Dojo. The PTO is able to track the online orders.

Rocky Mount Elementary PTO Fundraiser Starts in 5 Days so get Pre-registered!!

Our big fundraiser starts in a few days! Our goal is to raise $10,000.00 all profits will be used to help support our students and teachers.

Please get at least one person to support our fundraiser before our official kick-off day. Any student that is registered and adds 10 contacts will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win over 1,000 prizes.
