School Spotlight!

Bar W Elementary, you welcomed us with incredible energy!

V.E.N.T. Inc. had the honor of collaborating with the highly respected educational and leadership professional SaJade Miller as keynote speakers to welcome back the amazing educators of Bar W Elementary School in Liberty Hill, Texas.

Together, we explored what it means to enter a new school year with a standard of excellence, rooted in self-awareness, intentional teamwork, and shared commitment to growing stronger together. The room was filled with honest conversation, active participation, and educators investing in the kind of campus culture they want to create.

A very special thank you to SaJade Miller for inviting VENT Inc. to be part of this experience. It was truly a privilege to collaborate with a leader whose voice and impact are so deeply respected throughout the educational community.

Thank you as well to the Bar W Elementary administration team for trusting us to pour into your educators. Your commitment to creating a connected and supportive campus culture was evident throughout the room.

To the entire Bar W team: We hope you begin this year feeling encouraged, valued, connected and reminded that you do not have to carry the work alone.

Here's to a powerful school year!

What a meaningful way to begin the new school year!

V.E.N.T. Inc. had the privilege of joining the educators of Brown Middle School in Forney, Texas, for their first day back. Together, we created space for laughter, reflection, honest conversation and practical strategies educators can use to check in with themselves and support one another throughout the year. The energy in the room was incredible!

To Principal Felicia Marshall and the Brown Middle School team: Thank you for welcoming V.E.N.T. Inc. and allowing us to be part of such an important day. We see the heart behind the work, and we are cheering you on as you begin another year of making a difference!

Because when educators feel supported, entire communities become stronger. Here's to a powerful year, Brown Middle School!

Educators are expected to be superheroes… without a cape, without rest, and without support.

We see you.
We support you.

Our mission is simple but urgent - to restore emotional well-being, resilience, and support to educators and staff who pour into our communities every single day.

Your contribution directly fuels teacher wellness workshops, mental health tools, on and off campus support services, and community resources that help teachers feel seen, valued and cared for.

V.E.N.T. has submitted our 501(c)(3) application and our tax-exempt status is currently pending. Once approved, all donations will be tax-deductible retroactively to our application date.
