Dustin was 21 years old when he was killed by a drunk driver, who was given a traffic ticket.Kimberly Hutchison lied to protect The Person driving, her boyfriend Jason seightzinger who owned the truck, due to his previous criminal record, and the icehouse they were pulling out of known for over serving its customers well, edited the security footage that showed the entire accident, most likely to try and protect itself from legal repercussions and lawsuits due to the Texas Dram shop laws. Kimberly went back to work 3 days after the collision on the day that Dustin was going into the operating room, giving his gift of life to others in one last act of selflessness.Her attitude as if nothing happened, like she and her boyfriend didn't just kill my son injure his girlfriend who almost died as well ,and lie and scheme to cover up the truth.I pray that the integrity of the case is intact but I am doubtful at this point, Madd has been contact and I communicate with them often. A private investigator has also been contacted.
I DO NOT WANT MONEY,I WONT ACCEPT A DIME! MONEY WILL NOT PUT MY SON BACK IN MY ARMS. I WANT JUSTICE FOR MY CHILD AND THE ONES WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS DEATH TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND I WILL BE AGGRESSIVE AND RELENTLESS,RUTHLESS IN MY EFFORTS TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN AND BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY
