We’ve had a wonderful weekend with some of our Chapter Program Directors and their wives at our annual TIN Marriage Retreat! ❤️

This is always such a special time to pour back into our volunteer Directors and their spouses who faithfully support and serve alongside them in this ministry.

We’re incredibly thankful for these couples, their commitment to one another, and the sacrifices they make to help us reach fatherless boys through outdoor Christ-centered mentoring. We pray they leave this weekend refreshed, encouraged, and strengthened in their marriages! 🙏

🎣 The Deville Chapter boys are already having a blast on night one of their very first program!

So far they’ve had one bird’s nest, one break-off, and one boy spending more time tying on baits than fishing. 😂

And the first catch of the trip? A black lab! 🐕🎣

Safe to say, the weekend is off to a great start! More fishing, fellowship, and memories to come!

☀️ Hot Days, Tight Lines & God’s Word! 🎣

The Carrollton Chapter spent a hot day on the lake, and once the morning fog lifted, the fish started biting! The boys even got a rare look at nature as they watched baby snapping turtles emerge from their nest and make their way into the lake. 🐢

After a big lunch, the group settled in for a devotional on using God’s Word as our guidebook for life. The boys also received new back-to-school hoodies before wrapping up a great day of fishing, fellowship, and growing together!

The Hampton Chapter enjoyed a great swim day filled with fun, fellowship, and time with mentors—and they were excited to welcome five new boys to the chapter!

During their devotional, the boys learned how the Bible, written by about 40 authors over roughly 1,500 years, tells one unified story pointing to Jesus Christ. From beginning to end, God keeps His promises!

A great day of building relationships, making memories, and growing in God’s Word! 🙌

🛠️ Building Skills. Building Faith. Building for the Future.

The Pearl River Chapter spent the day at camp putting their hands to work! The boys learned practical skills like assembling a basketball goal, splitting wood, building a wood rack, hanging bat boxes, installing electrical components, and working on the outdoor kitchen floor deck while developing carpentry skills.

They also built and set a cross at camp—a lasting reminder of Christ to everyone who sees it. ✝️

After cooling off with a swim and enjoying some fried chicken, the group talked about the importance of reading the Bible daily and how God’s Word instructs, guides, and strengthens us.

🎣 Ripping Lips & Busting Clays in Newnan! 🎯

The Newnan boys enjoyed an absolutely beautiful day outdoors! Mentors Doug and Bailey started things off by teaching the boys how to rig a rod and reel before heading to the pond, where KJ landed his first-ever fish! 🎉

After lunch, it was time to bust some clays. A little friendly competition ended with John going an impressive 6-for-6 to take the win! 💥

Program Director Tony Doolittle wrapped up the day with a devotional from 2 Timothy, reminding the boys that the Bible is our guidebook for life—not just a rule book.

Great weather, great memories, and another day thanking the Lord for His blessings! 🙌

The Picayune Chapter beat the heat with a refreshing swim day at Mentor Jason’s home! ☀️💦

Program Director David Smith led a devotional on the importance of God’s Word, using 2 Corinthians 4:3 and 2 Timothy 3:16 to remind the boys of the truth and guidance found in Scripture.

They wrapped up the devotional with a fun challenge—searching for a hidden Bible! A great day of fellowship, fun, and growing in God’s Word.

🛶The Bunnell Chapter beat the late-August Florida heat with a kayaking adventure at Silver Springs! The cold spring water made for the perfect way to cool off and enjoy God’s creation.

Program Director David Emery led a devotional from Romans 2, connecting God’s Word to the evidence of His divine creation all around us.

The weather may have cut the trip a little short, but it didn’t stop the fun! They wrapped up the day at BK, letting the boys “have it their way” before heading home. 🍔

Another great day of adventure, fellowship, and growing in faith! 🙌

A special day for our Hopkinsville Chapter! 🙌

The boys and mentors spent the day serving Little River Baptist Church by pressure washing and helping care for the church property.

But the highlight of the day was celebrating Jaxson as he followed Jesus in baptism! 💧✝️ Afterward, the group shared a devotional about becoming new in Christ, and Jaxson was presented with a new Bible to help him continue growing in his faith.

🌾 Faith, Fellowship & Farm Life! 🚜

The Milledgeville Chapter had a full day on the farm! After a homemade breakfast, the boys learned how to milk a cow and got a firsthand look at what it takes to run a farm and homestead.

They rolled up their sleeves to tear down an old fence, enjoyed lunch and devotional time together, then finished the day baling hay in the summer heat. 💪☀️

Hard work, new skills, great fellowship, and time in God’s Word made for an incredible day together! 🙌
