πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Memorial Day πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Today we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives defending the freedoms we enjoy every day. Their sacrifice reminds us that freedom is never free.

As we spend time with family and friends this weekend, may we never forget those who paid the ultimate price for our nation. We are grateful for their courage, service, and sacrifice.

Please join us in praying for the families of our fallen heroes and thanking God for the men and women who have faithfully served our country.

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. β€” John 15:13

The Mayville Chapter kicked off Friday night with great food, fellowship, and a little friendly fishing competition! 🎣 After a good night’s sleep, the boys spent Saturday learning valuable auto mechanic skills in the shop β€” changing oil, rotating tires, and even learning how to change brakes. πŸ”§πŸš—

During lunch, Director Mark shared a devotional on the importance of hard work and giving your best, even in the things we don’t always want to do. πŸ’ͺ It was a great reminder for everyone and a great weekend spent learning, growing, and making memories together! πŸ™Œ

The Pearl River Chapter’s 2nd Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser was an incredible success! β›³οΈπŸ™Œ
From the beautiful weather to the great food and fellowship, it was a day to remember.

The individuals and business owners in the local community have embraced the Pearl River Chapter since day one, and we are truly thankful for your support and heart for this ministry. Your generosity and partnership help make it possible for us to continue mentoring boys without fathers in their homes and pointing them to Christ through the outdoors.

God continues to faithfully provide through people like you, and we are grateful for the opportunity to be good stewards of those blessings as we invest in the next generation of young men. Thank you for helping make a difference! ✝️🎣🏌️

What an incredible weekend for the Franklin Chapter! πŸ™ŒπŸ•οΈ The boys kicked off Friday night working together to get camp set up and all the tents in place. Afterward, they enjoyed hotdogs and s’mores around the campfire before watching I Can Only Imagine. The movie led into a powerful devotional about how life can sometimes be difficult, but often those hardships help us realize that God is the one true answer we need. ✝️πŸ”₯

Saturday morning started with breakfast before the boys spent the day fishing, playing co****le, and football together. 🎣🏈 After lunch came a very special moment as Kale and Braxton were baptized with their families there to witness it all. πŸ™ŒπŸ’¦

The Bunnell boys enjoyed a great day soaking up the sunshine and surf in the Sunshine State! β˜€οΈπŸŒŠ Program Director David Emery led a devotional from Luke 15, sharing about the three parables Jesus taught regarding the lost and how each one represents a different kind of lostness. It was a powerful reminder of how much God loves and pursues every person. ✝️

After devotional time, the boys had an awesome time enjoying the east coast waves, fellowship, and making memories together at the beach. πŸ™ŒπŸ„β€β™‚οΈ

The Gallatin Chapter spent Saturday serving at Zero Mansker Creek and helping Mr. Dirk with several projects around the property. πŸ’ͺ🌿 Program Director Robert kicked off the day with a great devotion on the value of hard work β€” a fitting message for the day ahead. The boys worked hard changing batteries in game cameras, clearing brush, and cleaning up storm debris around the property.

After enjoying some grilled chicken sandwiches for lunch, they wrapped up the day by setting up a new clay thrower and shooting a few clays together. 🎯 It was a great day filled with hard work, fellowship, and making memories together in the outdoors! πŸ™Œ

The East Columbia Chapter had a beautiful day tackling several projects around the farm, but the greatest moment of all was seeing another young man give his life to Christ! πŸ™ŒβœοΈ As the saying goes, β€œit just don’t get no better than that.”

The boys jumped right in and had an awesome day filled with hard work, fellowship, and fun. Michael Thomas of CCC of Camden led a devotional on work ethic and shared Biblical principles about honoring God through the way we work.

The crew stayed busy planting Zinnias 🌼, spreading mulch around fruit trees, cleaning out the shed and meeting area, assembling and setting up a tower stand, and painting camouflage on another stand. To top it all off, they squeezed in a little football before heading home. 🏈

We’re thankful for days like these where young men grow in faith, character, and brotherhood together. πŸ’ͺ
