Eight months ago, we departed Boston to land in Orlando. We enjoyed a cozy stay in Florida, making memories, swimming, and drinking mock Pina Coladas! We then drove to the coast to get on our first cruise together! This was very exciting, being our first international trip as a troop! We boarded the ship, got drinks, swam, and relaxed for the first few days. Then, we got to Nassau and swam, shopped, swam with a dolphin and ate from a local food court! After a full day of fun there, we got to Celebration Key; Carnival Cruise Lines' own island. We went swimming, ate from local food trucks, got mock Pina Coladas from a swim-up bar, and relaxed together! We then cruised back to Port Canaveral in Fl. We hung out together in our hotel, a few of us went to the Central Florida Zoo, and we went shopping yet again, and then ate at the Cheesecake Factory. (A troop favorite!) Then, we flew back to Boston the next day, and continued our drive back to Maine!
Thank you to everyone who supported us through events, cookie and fall product sale seasons, and those who generously donated! We got to learn so much, make so many memories together, and explore other cultures!
