We may be known for our love of bees, botanicals, and all things growing, but we absolutely adore furry creatures, especially dogs!

Our sweet Shelby is our constant shadow and faithful garden companion. She loves to help w**d the garden, stop and smell the roses, quite literally, as you can see in this photo, and she doesn’t even mind the busy bees buzzing overhead.

Shelby is as sweet as honey, and she brings so much love, laughter, and joy to each day. We simply can’t imagine life, or gardening without her by our side.

At Edith Rose Co., we have a special appreciation for these tiny pollinators, not only for everything they do for our gardens, food supply, and ecosystem, but also for the beautiful ingredients they provide.

Full disclosure: I’m usually the first person to pass on floral scents, they’re usually way too strong and artificial for me.

But inspired by the gorgeous roses in our garden and the desperate need for a heavy-duty balm for my worn hands and cracked and neglected heels , I decided to experiment.

Science, Soul, and why I’m going back to school!

If you’ve been following my journey at Edith Rose Co., you know that I don’t believe in "fluff." My foundation has always been rooted in science. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Nutrition, and I’ve spent over two decades in the health and wellness field.

I’ve spent my career learning that what we put on our bodies is just as vital to our longevity as what we put in them.
Edith Rose Co. was born out of a personal necessity. Because of my own allergies, I became incredibly particular about ingredients. I also realized that "high quality" shouldn't have to mean "ungodly expensive." I started making products for myself and my husband because I wanted clinical-level integrity without the massive corporate markup.

To keep that promise to you, I’m taking things to the next level.
I am currently enrolled in an online skincare classes with the world’s leading accredited organic skincare university. What drew me to this program is its rigor: every course is designed, taught, and reviewed by PhD scientists and industry-leading chemists. I’m immersing myself in the latest peer-reviewed research and organic formulation techniques to bridge the gap between my public health background and the skincare you use every morning.

What this means for you:
• Formulated with Intent: I’m combining 20+ years of wellness expertise with professional organic chemistry and plant science, guided by the most credible instructors in the field.
