💚🍀 THANKFUL THURSDAY | NATIONAL 4-H WEEK 🍀💚

Today is Thankful Thursday, and we’re celebrating the people who make 4-H so special! 💚

✨ Tag or share this post with someone who inspires you in 4-H and give them a shoutout! ✨

To everyone who has been a part of my 4-H journey, thank you. Thank you for your support, your guidance, your instruction, your leadership, your helpfulness, your kindness, and your encouragement. I would not be nearly as accomplished in my 4-H journey without all of you.

Thank you for helping me make some of the sweetest friends, find a second family, and build connections with peers and professionals that will last far beyond my years in 4-H.

When I think about what has made me the person I am today, I don’t immediately think of school, sports, teachers, or coaches. I think of 4-H. I think of the Extension staff, the volunteers who give their time, the people I’ve met at 4-H events, the friends I’ve made through my clubs, and the people I’ve connected with through state teams and opportunities I never could have imagined.

4-H has given me so much more than projects, ribbons, and opportunities. It has given me confidence, friendships, connections, experiences, and people who have helped shape the person I am today.

I am so beyond blessed to be part of an organization that has had such a positive impact on my life. Without 4-H, I wouldn’t be the same person, and honestly, that means I wouldn’t be ME. 💚

To everyone who has encouraged me, taught me something new, believed in me, pushed me to grow, or simply taken the time to be a part of my journey, THANK YOU. You may not even realize how much of an impact you’ve had on me, but I hope you know that I am forever grateful.

You have helped make 4-H so much more than an organization to me. You have helped make it my family, my community, and a huge part of who I am. I truly wouldn’t trade it for anything. 🍀💚
