All of our Drop-In Centers are closed today, October 12th, and will reopen tomorrow, October 13th! (Our Survivor of Su***de support group will still be meeting this evening.)

This group is for individuals who have lost a loved one to su***de, offering a safe and supportive space to share, heal, and connect with others who understand.

Facilitated by Margaret, the group provides compassionate support and a place where no one has to walk this journey alone.

We are just ONE WEEK away from NAMIWalks 2026, and we CANNOT WAIT!!! 🎉

And what better day to kick off our final countdown than World Mental Health Day!

Today is a reminder that mental health matters, that we all have a role to play in creating communities where people feel supported, and that nobody should have to walk through their mental health journey alone.

So, this World Mental Health Day, we’re asking you to take action and register to walk with us! Gather your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors and join us as we come together to raise awareness, break down stigma, and show our community that nobody walks alone.

Come hang out with us for a night of board games, video games, card games, laughs, and good company! There’s something for everybody OR bring your favorite game and teach us how to play!

Kids are welcome, too! We just ask that adults stay and join in the fun. No registration. No pressure. Just come play!

Why do we walk? Because mental health matters, and no one should have to navigate their journey alone. 💚

We walk for the individuals facing mental health challenges, the families and friends standing beside them, and those we have lost along the way.

We walk to break down stigma, raise awareness, build connections, and remind our community that hope and support are always within reach.

Every step we take represents a commitment to a more understanding, compassionate, and supportive community. And when we walk together, those steps make an even bigger impact. 💚
