✨ You’re invited! Celebrate the season with us at the Rock Hill Outdoor Center's Winter Showcase on Friday, December 19!

We’ll have art vendors, food trucks, and a special holiday showing of The Polar Express at 6:30 PM. 🚂

Bundle up, bring a chair and blanket, and enjoy a festive night out with us at the Rock Hill Velodrome.

🎃 Weekends on Main and 11th Annual Fort Mill Scarecrow Crawl 🎃

This October, Downtown Fort Mill comes alive with fun, shopping, dining, and fall festivities! Stroll through and enjoy the 11th Annual Scarecrow Crawl, and take in the sights, sounds, and flavors of fall.

📍 Weekends on Main
⏰ Closure Dates & Times:
• October 3rd–6th (Friday 3:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM)
• October 17th–20th (Friday 3:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM)

📍Main Street Closure Area: Main Street from Academy Street to Tom Hall Street
🚧 What to Know:
• Main Street parking coned off starting by 6:00 AM each Friday on these dates
• Detours and signage will guide motorists
• Alcoholic beverages allowed only within the designated barricaded Main Street area

🏆 Scarecrow Crawl Highlights:
Stroll around Downtown and visit entries beginning Friday, October 3rd-31st, from local schools, businesses, churches, and organizations.

The 2025 South Carolina Strawberry Queens will be our judges for these 🏆 Award Categories:
-Most Fort Mill Spirit
-Most Creative
-Most Complex
-Most Fun
-Best Theme
-Best Business
-Best School
-Best Name
-Best Overall

The Town of Fort Mill Staff will pick their favorite for Town Staff Choice.

People’s Choice Voting:
The public is invited to vote too! LIKE your favorite Scarecrows on the Town's page from October 8th–27th for People’s Choice and Best Town of Fort Mill Department Entry. The 11th Annual Fort Mill Scarecrow Photo Album will be pinned at the top of the page. All winners will be announced on October 28th on our social media pages and will receive trophies and prizes.

How you can help neighbors in need:

IMMEDIATE NEEDS! We need your help to fill a few empty shelves in our food pantry. We are completely out of canned soup and canned meats (tuna, chicken, etc.) Our freezers are also empty of all meat products as TEFAP cuts have taken effect.

or drop off donations Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm or Friday 8:30am-1:00pm.
