What a month! September was all about welcoming our students and families back, building connections, celebrating Attendance Awareness Month, creating opportunities, and reminding our Titans that being part of a school community is about more than just showing up for class.

Greece Arcadia PTA is currently seeking volunteers to fill several open positions for this year — and we are looking for dedicated parents to fill these roles! If any of our members would like to take the lead on some of these, please let us know as well.

Serving on the PTA is a rewarding way to:

Support our students, teachers, and staff

Help plan engaging school events and activities

Strengthen our school community

Make a meaningful impact at both the middle and high school levels

Open Positions Include:

Vice President

Event Coordinators

Fundraising Chair

Communications Chair

No prior PTA experience is required — just a willingness to get involved and help! Many roles can be shared, and guidance and support will be provided.

Every school day matters, and we want to help our families plan ahead for the 2026–2027 school year. Please save this calendar with the dates students will not be in regular school.

We understand that vacations, appointments, and other commitments are a part of life. Whenever possible, please consider using these scheduled days off to help students stay present, connected, and on track.

Youth Council Applications Due Sunday!
Any youth 13-17, who is passionate about advocacy, youth voice and creating positive change?

You should apply to serve on National PTA's Youth Council for 2026-2027! Applications are due at 11:59 p.m. ET, Sunday, Sept. 13.

Council members will have opportunities to collaborate with other young people, share their perspective, strengthen leadership and advocacy skills and contribute to projects and initiatives that elevate youth voice.
