What a sweet little post! 💕
I am thankful that Mayo is willing to open up their doors to others for life saving/changing surgeries.
I’m thankful we have some really awesome volunteers at HFH, they lead with their heart. ❤️
Know you are making a difference!

There is nothing better than a little fresh air and sunshine!

Johan made our local paper!

We couldn't do this work without the talented
healthcare team at Mayo, our dedicated volunteers, and our generous donors.
Thank you to each and every one of you for making this possible.

What began as one mother's way of giving back to her daughter's home country has expanded to coordinating care for dozens of Central American children in need of heart surgery.

Hello Rochester friends.
Does anyone have a car seat that they are not using anymore? This would be for a small 10 month old.
Thanks for checking!
