Yoga with Prem Meet Yoga Also a place for community events for us to bring yoga off the mat and into our city. Please don't be discouraged by such things!

A Group of Rochester Yogi's meeting for Yoga practice and learning together in a non-threatening environment. *** Beginners are welcome!*** The venues in which the classes are held at, will vary, especially when the Roch cha cha weather breaks and we can be outdoors! The type of classes vary:

Kundalini Yoga class-
Any average person can do, even with limited mobility. We will be using breath,

movement, sound , mudra and chanting, a 5,000 year old practice brought to the United States by Yogi Bhajan in 1969. Kundalini increases the ease of dealing with stress and challenges in daily life, balance the glandular system, increase lung capacity and awareness of the breath, strengthen nervous system, increase flexibility of the spine and the entire body and also overall creative potential in all areas of life. Yoga Basics-
An Ashtanga inspired practice,bringing a keen awareness to the breath and using internal heat to detoxify the body, gaining strength ,flexibility, weight loss and calm to the nervous system all while stretching out the entire body. Each yoga class will always end in a guided deep relaxation and brief meditation.

** Tania Donner is also available for Yoga class one on one, or with Your friends, in the privacy of your own home! If * YOU* have any ideas or an event you would like to share, she would love to hear it.
