Four clients recently completed a five-week workforce development program at The Farm, gaining hands-on experience and building practical skills and confidence needed as they enter the workforce.

Throughout the program, participants learned the basics of indoor farming, as well as transferable workplace competencies such as reliability, time management, workplace and consumer safety, quality assurance, communication, and problem-solving.

Upon graduating, participants are prepared for entry-level roles in industries such as in food service, environmental services, and farming.
