An Endangered Child Alert has been issued on behalf of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office for 15-year-old Gabriella Carpenter.

Gabriella was last seen the morning of August 20, 2026, in Gray, Tennessee. She was last seen wearing a cropped t-shirt, blue Cookie Monster pajama pants, and black-and-white Converse shoes.

🚨 MISSING JUVENILE — FRANKLIN COUNTY, VIRGINIA 🚨

The Standing Watch - Office of the Sheriff, Franklin County, Va is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Natalie Castaneda.

📍 Last Seen: August 20, 2026, at approximately 8:30 a.m.
📍 Location: Franklin County High School campus, Franklin County, Virginia
🚶 Last seen: Leaving the school campus on foot

Authorities believe Natalie may have been picked up in a 2003 gold Honda Accord driven by 17-year-old Rafael De La Cruz.

🚗 Vehicle Details:
• 2003 gold Honda Accord
• Black front end/hood
• Virginia license plate: SUM-7692

Natalie and Rafael are believed to be traveling toward Georgia, and there is concern for Natalie’s safety.

The DeKalb County Police Department is searching for 59-year-old Katrice Simmons, whose family is extremely concerned for her safety.

📍 Last Known Location: Georgia — exact city or county unknown
📅 Last Confirmed Contact: May 19, 2026, when Katrice spoke with her daughter
⚠️ Status: Considered endangered
🚗 Possible Vehicle: Small black car

Katrice has had no confirmed contact with family since May 19.

Bishop Alonzo C. Moreland of Atlanta, Georgia, is the last person known to have been with Katrice and is noted as having a known connection to her last known location.
