In each Remembrance Box, we provide a full-size Bible. The Bible is God’s word and His way of telling us about who He is: our comforter, our strength, our sustainer. Because we know not everyone has a faith background, or may even be wrestling with how to read the Bible after experiencing such a devastating heartbreak, we highlight passages in the Bible to make it easy to find a comforting or encouraging word in one’s darkest days. It is our hope that through the storms of grief each recipient may learn how to hear God’s gentle whisper, carrying and sustaining them. We pray that each recipient may come to find hope through salvation in Jesus, and the promise of eternity in Heaven. “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death, or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” Revelation 21:4
