Question: What do you call a scouting and showcase platform that measures a player’s talent before checking their tax bracket?

The answer: The Florida Minority Baseball Alliance (FMBA).

The rising cost of travel baseball is pricing out some of the best talent in the country. At FMBA, we believe exposure shouldn't be a luxury. Through our partnership with the Florida Verified Tour (FVT), we provide a premier stage for athletes to get verified data and college exposure without the extortionate price tags.

The game wins when everyone gets a fair turn at bat.

👉 If you are a college coach or scout looking for untapped talent in Florida, let’s connect.

As a coach, I've often reflected on the power of our words: "Empower every player; together we shape champions on and off the field!" This resonates deeply as I strive to support each athlete’s journey. Building competitive youth baseball teams isn’t just about skills; it’s about fostering an environment where everyone feels valued.

At FMBA, we’re dedicated to grassroots development, providing resources and support to enlighten our coaching paths. Ready to elevate your team's game this season? Share how you empower your players in the comments! Let’s inspire one another to reach new heights together!

Best wishes to all high school programs still competing for state titles.

To the remaining teams and individuals, take a moment to reflect on the season and evaluate your performance. During this reflection, compile a list of your strengths and weaknesses. Upon identifying these areas, develop a plan of action to enhance your skills across the board.

This summer presents a pivotal opportunity for growth. Next year, you will undoubtedly evolve as a player. Parents, ensure you are actively involved in your child's development plan, as your role is crucial to their progress.
