Two Navy ratings. Seven jobs erased. Were you ghosted?! 🇺🇸⚓

Logistics Specialist (LS) absorbed Postal Clerk, Aviation Storekeeper, and Storekeeper — three ratings, one supergroup, formed in 2009.

Aviation Electronics Technician (AT) went even further — swallowing Aviation Electronicsman, Tradevsman, Aviation Fire Control Technician, and Aviation Antisubmarine Warfare Technician over 36 years.

If you wore one of these patches, your job didn't disappear. It got absorbed into something bigger — and the Navy stopped calling it by name.

Were you PC, AK, SK, AL, TD, AQ, or AX? Comment your rate and the year it changed.
