John Scott Horner Chapter, NSDAR

John Scott Horner Chapter, NSDAR The John Scott Horner DAR chapter was started October 12, 1978. He was one of the original settlers of Ripon. He also helped establish Ripon College.

The chapter was named after Horner, who was Secretary of Wisconsin Territory before it became a state.
