As we approach the end of the year, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your support of Abba’s Ambassadors and wish you a wonderful Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year. Whether you are a person called to serve in the mission field or a person called to help provide support for those serving, we believe that all of God’s children have an equally important role in His mission. Thank you for being part of this community.

We wanted to share the good news that as of today we have received $9,100 in donations to help with hurricane relief from Hurricane Helene in western North Carolina. Including our match brings the total to $18,200!

The people who have graciously offered the match have decided to extend the deadline to December 31! We are only $5,900 away from reaching our $15,000 goal!

Before the year wraps up, please consider a gift to help rebuild the Veterans Restoration Quarters (VRQ) in Asheville which was damaged significantly by Hurricane Helene. This ministry provides a way for veterans, who would otherwise be homeless, to rebuild their lives and get back on their feet with a good job and housing. Any donation received will be matched up to a total of $15,000. Please help us reach our $30,000 goal so we can help restore the VRQ in Asheville in the new year!

Abba's Ambassadors was proud to sponsor and volunteer at the 5k/15k race at Biltmore Estate on behalf of ABCCM's Transformation Village. This race was put on by the Asheville Kiwanis club. Here are some of the 30 runners who ran the race. Each runner was tasked with raising $1,000 and Abba's Ambassadors donated $11,000 in match money. Other groups and people also matched the runner's donations, so this event raised over $65,000! All of this money will go to help the women and children who are residents at Transformation Village. We were honored to be part of this event for the second year in a row.
