Sidewinder Squadron- US Naval Sea Cadet Corps SIDEWINDER Squadron is a unit of the Naval Sea Cadet Corps based in Ridgecrest, California.

We are a non-profit youth organization that is located in Ridgecrest, CA. We are here to teach, mentor, and tutor children in a fun, safe environment and the children have the opportunity to try out different career fields to see what they enjoy and might choose as a career.

To end this weekend’s drill, our cadets did a General Orders Obsticle Course, heard from a fascinating guest speaker, and the new cadets got to experience Sea Cadet of the Month Boards! Active Duty and out female Cadets beat pur male Cadets at soccer! Another successful Drill in the books. Thanks to all the cadets, parents, and volunteers who make all this happen.
