If you have not heard as , the price of beans for making 🍫just went through the roof, making it a great secure investment opportunity. If you are a trader check out the commodities market price index, up 400% in 3 months.
Thanks to the surge in the price of 'cocoa beans' in the world commodities markets, Orinoco's Indigenous Cacaoteros of the Huottuja (Piaroa) tribe 🏹that produce Indigenous Cacao and Indigenous Chocolate (some of the world's rarest) are celebrating because previously they had to sell over 90% of their beans to unscrupulous buyers at the origin of the Theobroma species. With the increased revenue potential in South America they want to ramp up their production and make their cultural and intellectual property a priority, this will bring attention and end to their social preclusion and economic austerity.
I feel very fortunate to be in the right place at the right time, because they are letting Globcal International promote their prestige and prosperity from within their territory as they continue to build their sovereign government since being empowered by the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
So now, because the Venezuelan Government has not given them a land title to their territory, but respects their autonomy in law we are stepping in to give them controlling private interest in the Ekobius Ecovillage Project which has been partially abandoned since COVID. Ekobius is private property with a recorded deed, therefore it can be developed using fractional investments giving security to stakeholders that invest in a new In-Situ Ethnobotanical Research and Recollection Center that will specialize in Theobroma cacao and other native plants that bear fruits.
It will be my responsibility to raise the money we need to make the renovation possible (we have already started). We are not wasting time, Globcal International has three members there right now working on this project. If you are interested in investing this is a great ground floor opportunity to both assist the Huottuja to build their Indigenous Nation with their primary crop Theobroma Cacao.
If you are interested in helping or investing contact us now, we only need to raise about $50K to $75K to get things rolling. In the week ahead we will start a 'crowdfunding program' to make larger renovations and installations at the property. As a International Cooperative Owner everyone has a voice and vote, as a cooperative investor you can purchase a fractional 1/1,000th share for $1,000 USD or a single 1/100th share for $10,000 USD (the maximum investment), because it is a cooperative you still only get one vote and it is possible to buy multiple fractional shares.
We expect some of our former Ecovillage investors may want to sell their shares, we only had 18 of 100 legal investors, now under the renovation project we can have 1,000 owners. Investment dividends will be based on the trading price of 'cocoa futures' and actual 'regional agroforestry production from their territory' collected at our center. The Huottuja are putting up 10 tons of this year's cocoa bean crop, now worth over $100,000 USD to make this happen. The crowdfunding program will be looking to roast and grind as many beans as possible to make the purest De'Aruhuä Indigenous Chocolate which is worth 4x the value of the beans. It is not easy to hand roast cocoa beans on an open fire or match the quality of their natural chocolate made at the birthplace of cacao.
We already have two new members, both Kentucky colonels; we are opening it up to Kentucky Colonels and Goodwill Ambassadors, with the support of Ecology Crossroads Cooperative Foundation and the Indigenous Unity Flag in Canada, whose creator is one of the owners as well. If you want to become involved please contact us. We will be extending this offer to a very diverse groups of people. Watch for our project debut, rolling out on April 1st.
