Thank you School’s Out Summer Fest

Before we start recapping this year’s fest, we want to give real love to one of the biggest reasons it happened at all: Playlist 4 Life Foundation.

Each of our other awesome non profit and sponsor partners gave brief stage presentations and victimsandvillains and Punk Rock Saves Lives were awesome to hear about and we look forward to building more with them in the future!

As our top sponsor this year, Playlist4Life helped make School’s Out Summerfest possible, and we’re deeply grateful for the way they continue to show up for this event and the people around it.

Playlist4Life is a nonprofit rooted in su***de prevention and mental health awareness through music and community. That matters to us because School’s Out has always been about more than a lineup. It’s about creating a space where people can feel connected, supported, and reminded that they are not alone, and music SHOULD BE THAT COMMUNITY.

That’s why having Playlist4Life attached to this fest means so much. We’re proud to build with them, thankful for everything they poured into this year, and honored to have them helping shape what this event stands for.

From the depths of AtomaCon comes what we hope to be more live content from the convention floor but we had a chance to sit down with Eric E. Poe, the co-writer and director behind the indie horror film, Gracie. The film screened at this year's film festival within the convention.
