Guardians Weekly reminders!!!

Tuesday (today):

Boys 5:00-7:00pm
Girls 7:00-9:00pm
*As players and parents are coming in to practice for check in we will be doing jersey fittings just to make sure we have the correct sizes for season! If will be very quick and shouldn’t interfere with practice times at all!*

Thursday (08/27):

PARENT MEETING!!! There will be a parent meeting on Thursday from 6:30-7:30pm. We are requesting that ALL players and ATLEAST one parent attend this meeting.

We will have practices before and after the meeting as follows…

Boys practice will be from 5:00-6:30pm
Girls practice will be from 7:30-9:00pm

We are excited to start this season and praying for a healthy, successful season full of growth in our skills in basketball and relationships with Christ!

Also don’t forget we are now having everyone check in there kids for practice so please remember to come in and check them in!

One more thing, if you have not filled out a parent connect form or need to pick up a Guardians contact card or a registration form, we will have those at the check in desk at practices!

A new season, a fresh start, and an exciting new chapter for the Richmond Guardians!

As we continue to grow and revamp our basketball program, we wanted to take a moment to introduce the people who are helping make it all happen. From the coaches on the court to the board members working behind the scenes, each person plays an important role in building a strong program for our athletes and families.

We are incredibly grateful for the time, dedication, and heart that each of these individuals is bringing to our program. Together, we’re working to create an environment where our athletes can learn, compete, grow, and have fun while being surrounded by people who genuinely care about them.

As a Christian organization, we strive to keep Christ at the center of our program and to honor Him through the way we lead, compete, and serve.

We’re excited about where we’re headed and can’t wait to share this season with our players, families, and community!

Richmond Guardians! Friendly reminder, practice tomorrow, Tuesday 8/11/2026 is a go! Starting this week, we will be going to practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the regular scheduled times for boys and girls teams. In addition, registration is currently open until September 1, 2026. Stop in and pick up a registration form and fill out a connect card to stay connected as we approach our season. Boys team will have a mandatory parent meeting before practice this week to address coaching changes. We look forward to seeing everybody!
