OCA-CVC is happy to announce our 2nd Lunar New Year Student Art Contest. All central Virginia students are welcome to enter, and our winners’ artwork will be presented at our 2025 Lunar New Year festival at Tucker High school on 1/25/25. Entries will be accepted till January 11th, and details for entry can be found on the form by scanning the QR code on the flyer. Get creative and have fun!! We wish you the best of luck!

OCA-CVC is hosting our 2025 Lunar New Year Celebration on 1/25/2025 from 11am to 3:30 pm at J.R.Tucker High School! Please come and enjoy some delicious food, live performances, lion dancing, and fun activities for kids.

We are excited to announce applications are open for the inaugural Olga May Wong Policy Fellowship. This fellowship is a part-time, paid position ($15/hour, 266 hours max) that will support OCA’s national policy, advocacy, and organizing strategy and programming. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-3 years of undergraduate or working experience in policy analysis, community organizing, and/or program facilitation. This position is based in Washington, D.C., remote-optional, with a start date of early Q1 2025.
