Consistent with the 2030 General Plan goals and policies, and zoning. Project review and approval should be fair, transparent and follow established public processes.
2. Harmonious in height, mass and scale with surrounding development. It respects and protects adjacent residential development.
3. Respectful of natural environments, especially shoreline, wetland and creek systems. Works to support

regional walking paths and preserve views.
4. Not generating excessive traffic and noise.
5. Energy efficient, and includes low dispersion lighting.
6. Respectful of privacy, while providing safety and security for residents.
7. Reinforces neighborhood cohesion and connection, and our sense of community.
