Where the numbers meet the vision! 💰📈

On Day 5, our students headed to Bank of America with WIT&O (Women in Technology & Operations) for a tour of the facility, an inside look at the command center, and a real-world lesson in pricing, margins, and the business math that turns a great idea into a viable product. The girls finalized their concepts, sharpened their posters, and got real coaching on how to pitch like a pro. 🎤

Thank you, Bank of America WIT&O, for investing in the next generation of women leaders in finance and tech.

Tech Day = work hard, play harder! 💻 🎢

Kings Dominion hosted us at the park for a day of thrills! From work to rides, it was the perfect mix of learning and letting loose.

During Day 3 of GiSTEM Week 2026, our students spent time with Genworth Women in Technology, diving into responsible and ethical AI. They learned how to use Copilot as an actual co-pilot to help design the packaging for their products, and practiced the art of prompting — how to ask the right way to get the results they were looking for the first time. Real skills, real tools, real-world ready.

Huge thanks to Genworth WIT and Kings Dominion for making Day 3 one to remember.

That’s how Girls Thrive — when they learn to lead with tech and have fun doing it. 🔥

Throwing it back to GiSTEM Week! 🌾

Our students spent Day 1 experiencing Ag Business, and it started right where every great product starts: at the source.

Before you can build something, you have to understand where it comes from. That meant getting hands-on with the raw materials: learning what it takes to source ingredients, how they’re grown, and why sustainability starts at the soil.

The girls spent the day at VSU’s Randolph Farm, walking the fields and connecting the dots between agriculture, business, and the products we use every day.

A huge thank you to Rachel for being our students’ guide through the experience — for sharing her knowledge, her time, and her passion for the work. Our girls walked away with a deeper appreciation for the why behind every product. 🌻
