Fallon is an HR practitioner with a passion for people, leadership, and community. As a wife, mother, advocate, and content creator, she uses her voice to empower and encourage women through motherhood, personal growth, and authentic living. She also serves as Chapter President of the Greater Houston Chapter of Mocha Moms, Inc. and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

From essential baby items and helpful resources to genuine connections and joyful moments, this event was all about creating strong, confident beginnings for both moms and their little ones.

Welcome, April! 🌸

This month is all about new beginnings at South Project.

We’re excited to announce that South Project will be hosting our very first Community Baby Shower. This special event will bring together love, resources, and support for young mothers and their babies, reminding them that they are not alone on their journey.

April also marks the opening of our scholarship application for the Young Moms Work and Wellness Bridge Program. This program is designed to help young mothers continue their education, develop career skills, and build a stable and healthy future for themselves and their children.

At South Project, we believe every young mother deserves support, opportunity, and a community that believes in her potential.
