AD German Warehouse designed by Frank Lloyd Wright The A.D. German Warehouse Conservancy, Inc. (ADGWC) is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization dedicated (ADGWC) was established in Sept. of 2013. ADGWC, Inc.

is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization dedicated to the renovation of the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed A.D. German Warehouse (National Register of Historic Places 1974).The ADGWC, Inc. is fully committed to the revitalization of the historic site of the A.D. German Wholesale Company. This site consists of two landmark structures, connected by a shared canopy. Local entrepreneur, Albert Delvino German, built the first warehouse on Hazeltine Street in 1912 to house his wholesale business.
