ALCOD, in collaboration with The Ohio State University and ULAA, is proud to announce the Liberian Diaspora 2026 Summit: Paving the Way for Overseas Voting Rights. The summit will bring together diaspora leaders, policymakers, students, and community leaders for meaningful dialogue on Out-of-Country Voting (OCV) for Liberians abroad.

This gathering will explore the legal, logistical, and administrative frameworks required to implement diaspora voting, drawing insights from other countries, particularly within Africa, where overseas voting systems are already in practice.
