Andrew G. Chapman was last seen in late November 2006. At the time, Andy was 32 years old and living in the Hilltop area. Today, he would be 47 years old.

Andy is described as:
Male / White
6’0”, 175 lbs
Brown hair, brown eyes

☕ A small-town Ohio coffee shop owner is turning every cup of coffee into a chance to bring someone home. June Queen, owner of Carroll Cup Coffee House in Fairfield County, launched what she calls "searchlight sleeves" — hot cup sleeves featuring photos and information about missing people — inspired by the iconic missing children on milk cartons she remembered from her youth. Her first featured case was Andrew "Andy" Chapman, a Columbus man who has been missing from the Hilltop area since 2006. Queen printed 1,000 sleeves with his photo and information, and they were gone before she knew it — prompting her to move on to the next cold case and keep the momentum going. Andy's sister personally visited the shop to give her blessing, calling Queen's kindness a gift to their family.

But Queen's vision goes far beyond her one small shop. She's now calling on coffee houses across the country — big chains and local cafes alike — to adopt the searchlight sleeve concept, arguing that if even a fraction of daily coffee drinkers saw a missing person's face, it could generate life-changing tips for law enforcement. Her focus is intentional: she's targeting colder, lesser-known cases that have faded from the public eye, giving forgotten families a fresh shot at answers.
