As White County hosted The Wall, we honored the women of Vietnam by recreating the Women's Memorial in our own way—planting eight trees, one for each woman whose story and sacrifice continue to inspire us. Thank you to all of the generous tree donors who helped make this tribute possible: Clark's Cutting Edge Inc., Musall's Lawn, Garden & Landscaping, Belstra Farm and Garden - Reynolds, IN, Norway Gardens, Monticello Garden Club 2026 Indiana, Sue Schlimme, Kay Hall, and Bill & Mary Ann Novak.

When The Wall That Heals visited Reynolds, thousands of visitors came to honor the men and women whose names appear on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Among the many stories shared throughout the exhibit was a special tribute dedicated to eight women whose service and sacrifice are permanently rememb...

Sometimes it’s the behind-the-scenes acts of kindness that mean the most. 🇺🇸

After traveling through road construction during the es**rt, The Wall That Heals trailer was covered in dust and grime. Early Saturday morning, Andrew Deloria generously donated his time, equipment, and materials to make sure the trailer was cleaned and ready for its next stop.

Thank you, Andrew, for stepping up and serving in such a meaningful way. It’s people like you who made this entire week so special.

As The Wall That Heals departed Reynolds, one final group stayed behind to carefully help pack, load, and close this unforgettable chapter for our community.

These volunteers worked tirelessly behind the scenes — long after the ceremonies ended and the crowds dispersed — giving their time and hearts to ensure the Wall was honored every step of the way.

To every person who helped with tear down, thank you. Your service to this community and to our veterans will not be forgotten. 🇺🇸
