‼️We’re hiring a Volunteer Recruitment Manager ‼️

This full-time salaried position will help lead OSSO’s volunteer recruitment efforts through outreach, partnerships, applicant support, leadership development, and strategic growth initiatives. If you’re passionate about people, international service, leadership, and building meaningful experiences for volunteers, we’d love to hear from you!

📍 Rexburg, Idaho
💼 Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
💰 $49,920–$54,080 salary
🌎 PTO, holidays, international travel

We’re looking for someone who is:
• organized and self-motivated
• passionate about OSSO’s mission
• experienced in leadership, recruitment, sales, or nonprofit work
• excited to help grow and strengthen our volunteer programs
