✨ 2025 YEAR IN REVIEW | SEEDS OF HOPE ✨

As we come to the close of 2025, our hearts are overwhelmed with gratitude for what God has done through Seeds of Hope this year.

Because of faithful supporters, volunteers, partners, and the grace of God, we were able to serve, help, and touch the lives of 999 individuals this year — each one a life with a story, a need, and value.

💛 237 individuals were supported through Emergency Assistance, including:
• Food pantry assistance
• Gas cards & food cards
• Temporary hotel placements for individuals and families in crisis
• Emergency care bags for those facing homelessness

🍽️ 762 individuals were served through Community Outreach, including:
• Community Dinners
• Free Community Festivals
• Thanksgiving Meal Kits
• Christmas Dinner Boxes

✨ TOTAL LIVES IMPACTED IN 2025: 999 ✨

We are reminded of God’s Word:

“The generous will prosper; those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed.” — Proverbs 11:25

“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9

Every meal, every bag, every night of shelter, every shared moment was a seed planted in faith — and we trust God for the increase.

As we step into a new year, we are expectant, hopeful, and ready to do even more. With God leading the way, Seeds of Hope and Woven Hope Inc. are committed to expanding our reach, strengthening our impact, and continuing to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community.

🌱 Here’s to a bigger harvest, deeper compassion, and greater hope in 2026.

‼️Announcement‼️

As of January 1st, all requests for help, announcements, events and all things Seeds of Hope does will be done on the Woven Hope Inc. page.

I will keep this page up during the transfer of operations for the month of January to make this move as smooth as possible.

So if you haven’t yet, please go over to Woven Hope Inc and follow us there.

God is doing a new thing, and we are so excited about it.

We ask that you give us grace as we move in this new adventure, and above all else, keep us bathed in prayer and support.

We appreciate you all so much! So thankful for these last 3 years of continuous support and love from our community, and look forward to even more with these new programs and ministries coming together as one.

What a blessing this is to our community each year.e

We are once again offering a free Christmas dinner for anyone who might want a hot meal on Christmas day. We are offering drive thru pickup, and limited delivery for those who are homebound.

Please contact the church to reserve your meals ahead of time.

✨ Seeds of Hope — Thanksgiving Blessings Recap ✨

What an incredible, God-filled night! 🙌💛

Last night, we had the honor of giving away 54 Thanksgiving boxes, feeding 272 people in our community. It was powerful, humbling, joyful, and full of the presence of God from beginning to end.

We saw smiles that lit up the room, tears of thankfulness, and moments of hope and happiness that reminded us exactly why Seeds of Hope exists. We were blessed to connect with each family individually and listen to so many heartfelt stories of struggle, faith, and perseverance. These moments touched us deeply and reminded us that love in action changes lives.

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to:
🤝 Every volunteer who served with joy
🦃 Every person who donated food
💵 Everyone who gave monetary donations
🙏 And most of all, every person who offered prayers, support, and encouragement

Community is everything, and last night proved once again what we can accomplish when we come together in love.

“And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.” — Hebrews 13:16

🍁Seeds of Hope Thanksgiving Meal Kits🍁

We are overflowing with gratitude and joy as we share that, through God’s goodness and the incredible generosity of our community, we are able to provide Thanksgiving Meal Kits for 54 families — a total of 272 people! 🙌🦃

What a blessing it is to see hearts come together to make sure every family can sit down to a warm Thanksgiving meal. We truly could not have done this without the amazing donations, prayers, and support from each of you. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus. Your kindness is feeding families, lifting spirits, and spreading hope this Thanksgiving season.
