Rart Rural Art Recreation and Technology A Of course the 5 year plan should be vewied by the board and notes for changes are welcome and will develop the final plan together.

I am the founder Rart I first starting piecing Rart together 2017 2018 then I put everything on pause and went and got my education in Fine Arts focus darkroom photography. One my most exciting class was taking oceanography as my science as you get to know me I am obsessed with wetlands estuaries, WHOOPING CRANES OH MY i digress.. and am still seeking to put a small board together and we will be a

pplying for the 501c3 easy just as soon as we ge t 3 to 5 board member I will not be on the board however I will attend board meetings and work as the Rarts Director, programing and getting the funding to get us up and running, My goal is to create a solid working organization that can easily survive without me so I can move on to another Rural area and do the same. Soon I will finish up my proposal for a 5 year plan for Rart and addition how i propose to fund it, as well program planning for at least 2 years so we can see what works.

Happy December 5th y’all I can’t believe 20 days till Christmas!🎄
I am going to be posting a video of an easy photograoh transfer method.
Materials required:
An image printed on reg printer paper.
modge podge
It used to be available at Dollar General. I have not seen it there however, I saw their generic version. I compared the generic version to traditional Marge podge, and it didn’t work at all..
You will also need something to transfer the image on glass paper fabric. Anything you want to transfer the image on a canvas print image image paint the Marge podge on the substrate put the image on the mod, podge on the substrate and go over the back of the image with the mod podge put in a place where it will dry. I ac I actually spit up the process and use a fan when when it’s dry really dry you gently wash the paper off and the image will be left. It works really well and hopefully I will be doing a tutorial video on exactly how to do this here in a little while.
