📢 Important Notice to Our Riding Club Community 📢
As a board, our primary goal has always been to keep our club affordable, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone. We take great pride in maintaining quality facilities, well-kept grounds, and safe arena footing for our members and their horses.
To ensure our grounds remain safe, well-maintained, and fair for all dues-paying individuals, we need to address a few critical facility rules regarding non-member usage and gate security:
📌 Facility Use & Guest Policy
Members Only & Authorized Guests: The arena and facilities are strictly reserved for active members and paid guests.
Guest Policy ($10 Fee): Members are welcome to bring guests! The guest fee is $10 per visit. Guest forms and payment boxes are located on the side of the clubhouse. Please ensure forms are filled out and fees are paid before unloading or riding.
⚠️ Non-Member Riding & Unauthorized Lessons
No Unauthorized Non-Member Riding: Non-members who have not been brought as a paid guest with a completed form are strictly prohibited from using the grounds.
No Unauthorized Coaching/Lessons: Giving lessons or conducting commercial instruction without explicit board approval and proper insurance on file is strictly prohibited.
🔑 Gate Code Security
Do NOT share the gate code. The gate code is strictly for active members.
Sharing the gate code with non-members directly compromises the security and insurance of our club.
Please note: Any member found sharing the gate code with non-members risks immediate revocation of their membership.
We deeply appreciate the vast majority of our members who respect the rules, care for the grounds, and help keep our community strong. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our club safe, fair, and open for everyone!
